The Delaware County area is home to some of the best recreational facilities in Iowa. Backbone State Park, the Delaware County State Trout Hatchery, Lake Delhi, Tri-State Raceway and other attractions provides you with a roadmap away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Coming later this year will be the completion of the Delaware County Recreation Center. The center, located at the Delaware County Fair Grounds in Manchester, will initially feature a gymnasium, walking area and exercise area. Future plans call for a lap pool, racquetball courts and spa. We will keep you updated on the progress of this project, and will make the recreation center a separate link when it opens its doors.
