Manchester Golf Club is located South of Highway 20 Ð Exit 277 in Manchester. 563 927-4155.

This quality public golf course was established in 1927 on the south edge of Manchester, Iowa. In 2001, the course was expanded to 18 holes and all facilities were remodeled. The fully renovated Clubhouse features a Restaurant, Lounge, Pro Shop and Game Room including a "Full Swing" Golf Simulator. Manchester Golf Club specializes in group and corporate golf outings and encourages out of town golfers to visit the golf course and community. The Pro Shop, 563-927-4155, provides information on daily green and cart fees and tee time reservations.

The Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar is open daily for lunch and dinner. The upper level restaurant is open Friday & Saturday evenings. While featuring seafood and steaks a variety of entrees are available. Manchester Golf Club offers meeting and banquet rooms and special menus for groups up to 165.

Woods Edge Golf Course is located at 504 W. Union Street in Edgewood. 563-928-6668. Woods Edge is a 9-hole course open to the public daily. The course features the Bixby Room Reception Hall,which is available for all occasions, and the Woodchuck’s Lounge, a full service bar and short order restaurant.

The thirty-six bunker golf course has watered fairways and is professionally managed and maintained. The pro shop provides a wonderful selection of golf equipment and merchandise to help you tame one of northeast Iowa’s finest golf courses. Season passes, green fees and cart rental information can be obtained by calling the club house.

Hart Ridge Golf Course is located one mile northwest of Manchester at 1647 — 195th Street, just past the Quaker Mill Dam. This 9-hole public golf course also has a driving range to warm-up before you hit the links. The club house is open to non-golfers who would like to enjoy a refreshment while they wait for their family or friends to finish their round.

Backbone Golf and Country Club is located near the north entrance of Backbone State Park just a short drive from Strawberry Point. This recently remodeled course provides 9 holes of challenging golf with the treeline of Backbone State Park bordering it to the east and south. While this course was built in the late 1960's, recent improvements have not only accented the beauty of its rolling fareways but also the challenges that face occasional and avid players alike.

Lone Pine Golf & Country Club is located at 405 Country Club Blvd. in Colesburg. This beautifully manicured 9-hole course has watered fairways and offers weekend golfers a tasty breakfast before they head to the course. Lone Pine also has a restaurant which features a full menu of buffet year round.
