- Manchester Center offers students the opportunity of a college education
in the area in which they live and work. Upper Iowa University, a liberal
arts college in Fayette, Iowa has centers such as the Manchester Center
located across the midwest. At the Manchester Center students can earn
their two-year degree in general business or a four-year degree in business,
management, psychology or human services. Emphasis in various management
techniques, operations, and quality control are included in the business
and management programs. Psychology and human service programs include
diverse area of studies along with internships and research projects.
All classes are held at West Delaware High School in Manchester. General
education, business, and general elective courses are also available
in Manchester to UIU students pursuing accounting, human resource management,
and technology and information management programs through the main
campus or other centers. UIU-Manchester Center students can also fulfill
course requirements through independent study or through on-line courses.
