Regional Medical Center of Northeast Iowa and Delaware County is a 25 bed acute care hospital at, 709 West Main St. in Manchester, Iowa.

ER coverage is provided around the clock by highly skilled physicians and nurses.

A caring, compassionate staff of healthcare professionals provides acute inpatient and skilled care services, OB, critical care, effective discharge planning, outpatient specialty clinics, laboratory, radiology, therapy services and cardiac rehabilitation.

Through Delaware County Community Health, Hospice of Comfort and Backbone Area Counseling Services we reach out to the communities by providing home health care/hospice, behavioral health, and therapy services including physical, speech, and occupational. Dialysis services are provided onsite by Tri-State Dialysis, Dubuque.

The medical staff consists of family physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and a general surgeon.
